TESSCAFE.COM is meant to be a friendly, playful and respectful place, network service, for meetings and exchanges between artists.

1- TERMS

The term "Terms of Use" refers to this document belonging to TESSCAFE.COM website, which provides its services as soon as you have become a registered member. This term applies to any element related to TESSCAFE.COM, including the forums.

The term "User" means a person or persons using the website while registered or not on the TESSCAFE.COM website.

2- CHANGES on the TERMS OF USE

The terms of use for this service can be changed at any time with or without notice by TESSCAFE.COM.

3- SERVICE

TESSCAFE.COM is an Internet platform allowing the registered user to take benefit of a social network, thanks to an account he creates and administrates himself.

Users also can get in touch with each other, without any restriction.

All subsequent modifications regarding the visual or technical service, are subsequently governed by these terms of use.

4- REGISTRATION

To register and use the services of TESSCAFE.COM, you are under the obligation to accept the present conditions of use.

Accepting them is done manually by clicking the box provided for that purpose, and thereof you recognize a full knowledge of these conditions, and are supposed to agree with them and fully apply them.

The personal information you provide during your registration are supposed to be accurate, complete and updated. TESSCAFE.COM adminstrators deny any responsibility if these personal information are not correct.

5- PROTECTIONS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA- PRIVACY

No personal data (including your email address) will be transmitted, published or disseminated to third parties.

Under Article 34 of French Law N�78-17 "Informatique et Libertés" from January 6, 1978, regarding computers, files and freedoms, you have a right to access, modification, correction, and removal of your personal data.

In case TESSCAFE.COM decides to change the rules of confidentiality, these rules will be published in paragraph 5 of this "Terms of Use" document.

6- YOUR USER ACCOUNT

As you register on TESSCAFE.COM, besides your name or pseudonym, you have to pick up a password which is strictly confidential. Any use of this password made on TESSCAFE.COM is placed under your very own responsibility. On any doubt it is strongly recommended that you change your password as soon as possible.

7- SUSPENSION OF YOUR USER ACCOUNT

The user of TESSCAFE.COM, may terminate his account at any time and without notice.

Besides, TESSCAFE.COM administrators may suspend a user account at any time, without notice, if the user does not abide by the terms of use.

8- COMMITMENTS FOR THE USER

All services, made available by TESSCAFE.COM, such as hosting data, photographs, audio, video, images, text, software, information, private messages, links, comments, tags, composite, music, or any other data, called "content" of your account, are the sole responsibility of the person who uploaded this content.

TESSCAFE.COM is not responsible for your content, including omissions, loss or damage data resulting from the use of the contents included, regarding to the laws and regulations, whether on a local, federal, national or international basis.

You agree to have a correct behavior, respect life and private property, and you accept NOT to use TESSCAFE.COM for the following purposes :

- Prostitution, soliciting in any existing forms.
- Criminal activity, as recognized by international law, or harmful, such as pornography, pedophilia, drugs sale, weapons, etc...
- Download, post, transmit through TESSCAFE.COM illegal content , pornography, racism, child abuse, threats, vulgarity, obscenity, violence, prostitution, escort and any other reprehensible element, in accordance with international laws in force.

RULES OF SPECIFIC FEATURES ON TESSCAFE.COM

- Any person under the age of 18 years is not allowed to register on the site TESSCAFE.COM.
- The photographs involving nudity are necessarily marked + 18. The photographs marked +18 do not appear on the site for the global audience, said, unregistered people visiting the website.
- Your avatar or default image must not contain nudity.
- Are STRICTLY prohibited on TESSCAFE.COM all photographs including : male or female genital organs, anal photographs and scene evoking a sexual act.
- All conflicts, disputes, harassment, insults among members do not concern TESSCAFE.COM under any circumstances. - Moderators are there to ensure the smooth running of the site, and preserve a friendly environment; please do not harass them and follow their advice in response to one of your requests.
- TESSCAFE.COM site is not a place designed to criticism of pure, if you like a work, make a comment explaining your feelings, if you don't like it, abstain yourself.
- Tags written in the member profiles are used to give a general assessment, a feeling on the entire portfolio presented by the artist.
- TESSCAFE.COM is in no way responsible for the content of messages between members, comments, tags, live discussions and authenticity of the authors, who are the only one concerned.

9- MISCELLANEOUS

These Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the french Law. French courts have jurisdiction to decide all disputes that may arise between the parties regarding to the implementation of this agreement.
